In all circumstances IMA Ibérica stays by your side to support you. All the rentals booked on Yescapa receive support. Its services are systematically included with the comprehensive rental insurance Lagun Aro. IMA Ibérica is available by phone and help you in case of accident, breakdown, flat tire, fire, theft or theft/loss of car keys.

Breakdown cover is available so that you are not alone in the event of an incident and provides you with:

• Travel assistance to help you and your passengers;
• Vehicle support to take care of your motorhome following its immobilization.

Services are available 24/7 with a specialised team, expert on the subject.

The main guarantees of MAIF Assistance

In case of immobilisation of your vehicle abroad IMA Ibérica organises:    

Breakdown assistance

Repairing or towing the motorhome to the nearest garage if repairs can't be done on the side of the road, where the incident took place.

The breakdown assistance organizes and covers the towing of the vehicle to the nearest garage within a radius of 25 km in Italy, or abroad within a limit of €300. The cost for spare parts and any other repair costs are not covered.

Replacement vehicle

If the vehicle is immobilised and the repairs take more than 8 hours, the Breakdown Assistance will provide a replacement car (category B - 1200 cc engine capacity), for a maximum of 2 days and up to €300.

Rapatriement, continuité du voyage ou frais d’hébergement

If the vehicle is immobilised more than 50 km from the address of departure and the repairs require more than 24 hours, the Breakdown Assistance will cover accommodation and breakfast costs up to €300 regardless of the number of people involved.

• Rapatriement des bénéficiaires ou continuité du voyage : un billet d'avion (classe économique) ou un billet de train (1ère classe) ou un autre moyen de transport, afin de permettre aux occupants du véhicule de retourner dans leur domicile ou rejoindre leur destination de voyage ;
• Hébergement : une nuitée (petit-déjeuner compris) dans un hôtel local pendant les réparations. Le délai d’attente dû à l'indisponibilité des pièces liées à la réparation du véhicule est exclu.

Reminder of the vehicle

Si le véhicule assuré a été immobilisé en Italie pendant plus de 36 heures ou à l'étranger pendant au moins 5 jours, l’Assistance prend en charge le voyage aller pour permettre au propriétaire de récupérer le véhicule, s'il est en état de rouler, dans la limite de 500 € TTC. Si le véhicule n'est pas roulant, l’Assistance organise et prend en charge le transport du véhicule jusqu'au lieu préalablement convenu avec le propriétaire, à hauteur maximale de 500 € TTC.

In the event of injury or sickness in Europe, IMA Ibérica organizes

• The presence of a family member. When the hospitalization exceeds 5 days, the assistance provides to a family member a return trip to the hospital. The assistance will pay the lodging cost of said family member up to 60€ per night for 10 days at most;

In case of death, IMA Ibérica provides:

• Transport of the corpse to the place of funeral or burial in Spain

The Breakdown Assistance takes action 24/7 as soon as the rental begins anywhere in Italy and in all countries of the EU indicated on the international insurance certificate.
