We are here during your trip in order to guarantee your safety throughout Europe!
The assistance guarantee is provided by the Caravela insurance. Assistance in case of accident and/or breakdown of the vehicle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in Europe.
The main guarantees
In case of immobilisation of the motorhome the assistance takes care of:
Vehicle assistance
- Vehicle towing or roadside repairs ;
- Repatriation to the address the vehicle was handed over at
- Costs of accommodation while the vehicle is being repaired, up to 3 nights, for a maximum amount determined by the assistance company.
In case of immobilization of the vehicle, the accommodation costs cannot be added to the repatriation of the occupants to the owner's home.
Assistance to people in case of accident or sudden illness
- Transport or repatriation of the injured and sick ;
- General Practician and surgeon expenses and fees ;
- Prescription medicine expenses.
Where and when can I benefit from the assistance?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of vehicle breakdown, all information is indicated on the insurance certificate.
