Maximum compensation in the event of accident, theft or total loss of up to €50,000 per claim and per year.

Glass breakage is covered up to a maximum of €750.

Reimbursement of the pecuniary loss suffered by the owner followed by the increase in the amount of his insurance premium (bonus-malus) in the event of damage to third parties (flat rate € 300 per year and per claim);

Excess
The excess deducts the amount of damage (including theft) suffered by the insured rental vehicle.
In the event of an incident where the renter or an unidentified third-party is liable, an excess per incident is applicable. The amount of the excess applicable depends on the plan chosen and the type of incident.
The default deductible is € 2000 but it is possible to subscribe to the partial deductible buy-back and thus reduce it to € 1000. The additional insurance cost to subscribe is € 19,50 per day.
Terms
Compliance requirements for the owners' vehicles according to the insurance plan:

Vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of <3.5T

Regular and thorough technical checks of the vehicle carried out according to regulations.
Conditions for vehicle renters/drivers according to the insurance plan.

Must be at least 23 years old ;

Must have held a B license for 1 year and not be suspended or withdrawal ;
Use
Cover is forfeited for private/recreational travel, excluding any expensive transport of persons and/or goods. The following trips are authorized:

Dans tous les États membres de l'Union européenne et dans les autres États figurant sur le certificat international d'assurance (carte verte).
Exclusions
This covers damage in the event of an accident, i.e. resulting from an accidental, sudden and unforeseen incident that occurred during the rental of a vehicle rented through Yescapa and whose repair costs exceed the amount of the insurance excess subscribed.
Certain vehicle components are excluded from insurance coverage:

White or brown electrical appliances which are removable

Damage to tyres due to piercing or braking

Accessories or elements, whether or not they are brand originals, which are not attached

Household utensils such as crockery, glasses, cutlery and similar articles, small electrical household appliances, chairs, tables and similar articles, as well as other upholstery items from the inside of the vehicle

Loss of or damage to the trailer and its contents

Theft of personal items;

The loss of or damage to any vehicles (mechanically damaged) towed by the insured vehicle
