How to become a Best Owner?
The "Best Owner" badge is a special status we award to our most reliable and experienced owners. It highlights your listing, helps build trust with travelers, and can lead to more booking requests.
Here are the criteria you need to meet:
1. A complete and attractive listing
Your vehicle's listing is the first thing travelers see. Make sure it stands out by including:
- A detailed description: Write at least 150 characters describing your vehicle and the kind of holiday it's perfect for.
- Great photos: Upload a minimum of 8 high-quality photos showing the inside and outside of your vehicle.
2. A trustworthy profile
A complete profile shows travelers that you are a reliable and verified member of the community. Make sure you have:
- Verified contact information (email and phone number) and ID document.
- Profile picture added
- Registration certificate verified.
3. A proven track record
Experience and great reviews are key to earning the Best Owner badge. You will need:
- At least 6 rentals completed in the last 12 months.
- A minimum of 10 total bookings since you joined.
- One review or more in the past 12 months and more that 5 in total.
- An average review score of at least 4.5 stars.
