• Must be at least 23 years old;
• a maximum of 1 driver without options;
• Have held a valid B for more than 2 years;
• Copy of driving licence, identity card and proof of address of each driver to be sent to Yescapa at least 3 days before the start of the rental; once the rental has been confirmed, the hirer must send the necessary documents directly to the rental company to draw up the contract and the rental insurance.
• Excess of €2,000.00.

The security deposit is made by credit card (credit card authorization) at the time of the rental agreement and the amount depends on the insurance service contracted.
If the deposit is made by debit card or cash, an administrative fee of 30 euros will be charged. We don't accept pre-paid cards to do the deposit like Revolut cards for example.
The options are:

Basic - The deposit for this service option is 2000 € and the deductible 2000 €. This option is included in the rental  by default and includes third party liability of € 50,000,000, includes one driver, 100 km/ day and travel assistance. In the event of an accident, all damage to the vehicle is the renter's responsibility.


Gold - The deposit for this service is 1000 €. This option includes third party liability of € 50,000,000, own damages and the deductible value of € 1000, includes a driver, 200 Km/day , occupants and travel assistance. The cost of this service is 18 € / day. In case of an accident, the renter's liability limit is 1000 €.

Diamond - The deposit for this service is 500 €. It includes third party liability of € 50,000,000, own damage being the deductible value of € 500, 300 km/day, roadside assistance, includes two drivers, isolated glass breakage, driving in Portugal and Spain and occupant insurance. The cost of this service is 27 € / day. In case of an accident, the renter's liability limit is 500 €.


It's not mandatory to contract the Diamond or Gold service insurance.

If you wish to travel in Spain, it's mandatory to contract Diamond insurance.
