In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Bellissima esperienza! Marina e Franco molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per utilizzare il camper senza problemi. Il mezzo è tenuto bene, nulla da dire sulla pulizia! Speriamo di riuscire a fare un'altra bella vacanza in sua compagnia!

Per me e la mia famiglia è stata la prima esperienza con il camper, grazie alla disponibilità ed ai preziosi suggerimenti della Signora Marina tutto è andato per il meglio, circa 1800 chilometri in dieci giorni senza il minimo disguido. Grazie di tutto!!! Il suo camper è un gioiello, ottimo motore, ottima abitabilità e confort. Pulizia impeccabile. Hola.
Muy buena la experiencia de alquilar una autocaravana en Italia, concretamente por los Alpes. Te da libertad y capacidad de improvisación. La alquilamos en Cirié, cerca de Turín, muy bien situado si quieres ver los Alpes italianos, franceses, suizos y austríacos. Aunque la autocaravana alquilada tiene 12 años, estaba muy bien conservada, limpia y funcionaba todo correctamente. Marina fue profesional, detallista y atenta con un problema que tuvimos. Recomendamos alquilar con Marina. Muchas gracias por todo!

Marina es una excelente anfitriona. Muy amable y siempre intentando que tu experiencia sea la mejor posible. La autocaravana está muy bien equipada, es muy cómoda y se encuentra en muy buen estado. En nuestro caso tuvimos algunas complicaciones con la autocaravana, pero gracias a la atención de Marina la mayoría las pudimos solucionar. Recomiendo totalmente a Marina y su autocaravana para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones por Italia y alrededores. Un placer y gracias por todo!
