Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Tot ha anat perfecte. L'Adelino ha estat molt atent, deixant-nos dormir la última nit al pati de casa seva per facilitar-nos la tornada.
La furgoneta esta molt bé, l'únic que al no tenir calefacció a dintre les nits han set molt fredes. Tot i així, amb les mantes que ens van deixar vam poder fer.
Una gran experiencia, per repetir i repetir amb l'Adelino i la seva camper!

Rien à redire, tout était au top, le propriétaire serviable et disponible et le véhicule confortable et pratique. Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines sur les routes du Portugal, du Nord au Sud et retour! La seule difficulté était de dealer avec les rues parfois très étroites de certaines villes mais heureusement, pas d'accrochage à signaler ;-) Magnifique voyage, MERCI Adelino !

Carrinha muito ágil e de fácil uso, com tudo necessário para uma viagem de uma família rápida e confortavel.
Comunicação excelente com o Adelino que muito rapidamente e de forma acertiva me demonstrou como usar a campervan.

Nous avons loué le véhicule d’Adelino pour 10 jours à 3 adultes afin de parcourir toute la côte ouest et sud du Portugal. Superbe expérience ! Le véhicule est très bien, bien équipé et Adelino est très agréable et disponible en cas de questions. Nous recommandons vivement.
