This is a classic Westfalia Bay Window from 1974. It was sourced in the US, restored in the UK and now lives near Sintra. This is the classic camping experience in some of the best scenery and beaches in Europe.
Take life easy travel in the slow lane and live a simpler life, there are hundreds of spots within a few days drive even at classic camper speeds (very slow).
Fully equipped for your enjoyment with all bedding, towels and cooking utensils.
With the pop roof it is ideal for 2+ there are seat belts in the rear but no child seats.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Expérience incroyable! Le Van est très propre et en excellent état, idéal pour les amateurs de vieilles voitures, il se situe à 30 minutes de l'aéroport de Lisbonne (30€ en Uber). Pas d'autoroute, le van n'est pas fait pour cela, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant pour aller jusqu'à la pointe sud en longeant la côte!

Superbe Van. Il roule très bien grâce à l'entretien excellent de son propriétaire, lui-même disponible et arrangeant.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce combi van vintage. Je le recommande à tout les amoureux de ce type de véhicule.

Renting the car was uncomplicated! After a few exchanged messages in which we told him that we plan to go down to the Algarve and he asked us to avoid toll roads in order to go easy with the bus (About 80 km/h is its max. velocitiy, which was no problem at all!) he confirmed our booking!
The handover itself was super easy as well. We went to the handover location by uber (about 30 Minutes from Downtown Lisbon). Will explained us how some features work and what we´ll have to pay attention to. After 20 minutes we were good to go!
He was always available for questions and very kind! Pure recommendation!

Our road trip in Portugal on this amazing Van was something special. The Van has everything you need and Portugal is a super friendly country in welcoming this kind of travelers.
The van is a real authentic one. While on it, you feel like you truly are in the 60s.
In the first place we rented it for 6 nights, but having enjoyed the experience more than expected, we decided to keep it for two more nights.
Highly recommendet.
