Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had a perfect experience with this camper! All is new and comfortable to use. Andreza and her husband are very pleasant people, they explained us how to use all things before our trip. So we didn’t have any problems. Also It worths to mention that a lot of important little things for kitchen, toilet were included. Thanks a lot!

We have had a great experience with Andreza and Cleomar and their beautiful motorhome. They have been most wonderful "hosts": they were patient and flexible in the booking process (as COVID made our trip a bit uncertain), they took a lot of time to demonstrate and explain their vehicle and they were always available during the trip when we had questions. Their motorhome is clean, tidy and very well taken care of. It comes equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely book again.
