Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La experiencia con esta autocaravana ha sido muy positiva. Los propietarios son amables y están a tu disposición en todo momento para resolver cualquier problema. El vehículo es muy nuevo y está completamente equipado. Además, pueden viajar 6 personas sin problemas, aunque creo que 4 es lo ideal si el viaje es muy largo. Por otra parte, si no has viajado antes en una autocaravana de estas dimensiones, debes saber que no se puede aparcar en muchos parkings, por lo que conviene diseñar bien la ruta y fijar con antelación los lugares donde vas a aparcar (recomiendo utilizar una aplicación como park4night). En definitiva, si viajáis entre 4-6 personas y estáis dispuestos a renunciar a la flexibilidad que ofrece una Camper a cambio de una mayor comodidad, esta autocaravana es una opción más que recomendable.

Excelente autocaravana! Viaje familiar de 6 adultos y un perrito, 10 días por el sur de España. Increible experiencia, super cómoda, se adaptaba a nuestras necesidades. Sin lugar a dudas la volveríamos a elegir!

Fue un viaje muy especial, la autocaravana en excelente estado y muy cómoda, así como la amabilidad y disponibilidad del propietario hicieron del viaje de 10 días una experiencia única. Fue nuestra primera vez en autocaravana, y lo moderna y cómoda que es nos facilitó el trabajo. Súper recomendado, es amplia, cómoda y muy bonita.
