Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

O casal a quem esta autocaravana pertence são espetaculares. Deram-nos todas as informações necessárias sobre o método de operação e atuação na autocaravana para podermos disfrutar de uma viagem sensacional pelo interior de Portugal. Estiveram sempre disponíveis para os contactarmos dia e noite para o caso de termos alguma dúvida e/ou problema.
A autocaravana tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma viagem. Montes de arrumação, frigorífico top, conduz-se muito bem quer em estradas nacionais, quer em autoestrada. Inclui mobiliário de exterior, roupa de cama, tachos e afins, pratos, copos, talheres, etc..
Experiência a repetir nesta autocaravana!

Über Yescapa haben wir Kontakt mit Paulo aufgenommen - nach kurzem, sehr freundlichem Informationsaustausch wurde die Vermietung bestätigt - ein Freund von Paulo holte uns am Flughafen ab und brachte uns zu Paulo und seiner Familie. Wir wurden herzlichst von von der gesamten Familie empfangen und fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Nach einer ausführlichen Einführung in die Feinheiten des Wohnmobils konnten wir einen fantastischen Trip an die Algarve starten. Neben unzähligen Camping und Wohnmobilstellplätzen bieten sich etliche freie Stellplätzle entlang der Küste und im Inland an. Wir danken Paulo und seiner Familie, dass Sie uns Ihr zweites Zuhause für unseren Urlaub zur Verfügung gestellt haben!
