If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Bonjour à vous.

Tout c'est bien passé, on a bien fait de le louer car ce n'est pas notre façon de vivre.

Juste pour vous dire que de trouver un emplacement c'est compliqué, de faire les vidanges aussi.

Mais on a eu un propriétaire super sympa avec un camping car exceptionnellement propre et confortable.

J'en ferai de la publicité pour d'autres personnes qu'ils veulent en faire.
