About this A-class motorhome
GIVING THE SITUATION THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY LIVING WITH THE PANDEMIC OF COVID 19, OUR REQUIREMENTS AT THE LEVEL OF CLEANING AND DISINFECTION, HAS BEEN EVEN MORE STRICT. WITH THIS, WE WANT TO CONTAIN VIRUS PROPAGATION AND ENSURE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ALL OF US.
BEFORE AND SOON AFTER ANY RENT, OUR AUTO CARAVAN IS TARGETED FOR DEEP CLEANING AND DISINFECTION ON ALL CONTACT SURFACES (EX: STEERING WHEEL, TABLIER, ALL CONTROLS AS FLASHES, WINDSCREEN WIPES, CHANGE LEVER AND CHANGE LEVER. HAND, DOOR HANDLES AND SKYLIGHTS, ELECTRONIC CONSOLE AND SWITCHES, CURTAINS AND MOSQUITE NETWORKS, SPRING BUTTONS ON DRAWERS AND CABINETS, KITCHEN FURNITURE, REFRIGERATOR, REFRIGERATOR, WAREHOUSE AND DISTRICT. Our motorhome, which we lovingly apply as a chiquita, is perfect for a family holiday with children or even among friends. The internal distribution is very comfortable. It is a practical vehicle for driving and parking.
We have had the opportunity to travel with our daughters in this motorhome and visit incredible places in a very comfortable and autonomous way. It is an incredible experience for adults, but without a doubt that for children it is something fantastic.
This motorhome has an indentation chamber and sensors at the rear, which facilitates parking.
It is equipped with a Smart-TV with Android operating system, with the possibility of screen mirroring / screen mirroring / Chromecast: projection of any content from the mobile phone to the TV.
We have an agreement with a Taxi company that transfers from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) to the motorhome parking place and vice versa for 45 € per way (transportation for up to 4 people)
We deliver and pick up at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto), upon payment of € 60 per way and previously agreed.
There is an hourly bus from the airport to Guimarães and vice versa with a cost of 8 € / passenger (https://www.getbus.eu/en/)
We have the possibility to rent two adult bikes and one of them has a car seat to carry a child from 1 to 3 years old (up to 20 kg). The cost of 4 Euros / day for each bicycle.
Our motorhome has crockery (plates, cutlery, pots, coffee cups and accessories such as open cans, scissors, corkscrew and other kitchen accessories).
They have free internet with unlimited traffic for stays equal to or greater than 7 days and with an associated cost for stays of less than 7 days (10 € - 5 days and / or 15 € - up to 15 days) also with unlimited traffic , so that they can enjoy their travels in our Chiquita and also be connected to the digital world.
The bed kit has an extra 15 euros per stay per bed.
The bath towel and face kit has an extra 10 euros per stay per person.
In case of need we provide a baby chair.
Those who rent our motorhome will surely love the experience and will want to repeat it.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Primeira aventura com autocarvanas. Valeu a pena, foi divertido e agradável. É como ter uma casa em cada sitio que se quisesse. Valeu a pena. Experiência a repetir.
A 'Chiquita' esteve muito bem. Depois de habituar à volumetria é fácil de conduzir. Tem consumos moderados. O estado de limpeza impecável e o estado de geral muito bom. Recomendada.
O proprietário Artur, esteve inexcedivel em todo o processo de aluguer e entrega. Durante a viagem manteve-se disponivel para esclarecer todas as duvidas que sempre aparecem. Super recomendado.

Uma experiência extraordinária, muito ajudada pela incrível Chiquita e pelos melhores anfitriões e donos da caravana, Artur e Xana. Atravessámos o Douro em três dias e esperamos repetir, agora noutras paragens.
