The motorhome must be returned clean and at check-out time. You must bring the full diesel tank, the cassette empty and clean. If cleaning requirements are not met, an additional € 50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Todo o contacto com o Tadeu foi bastante fácil, direto e sempre com total disponibilidade.
Os 15 dias do aluguer decorreram de forma muita tranquila sem problemas com a carrinha ou o equipamento.
Aspectos positivos a destacar: espaço amplo, bem organizado, boa qualidade dos materias, WC dos melhores!!, muito espaço para arrumação e chuveiro exterior bastante útil.
A melhorar: o cheiro das águas cinzentas que por vezes se faz sentir no carrinha e sistema de som.
Portanto, carrinha fiável, estimada, acolhedora, fácil e prática. Sem dúvida experiência a repetir-se no futuro.

Foi uma ótima experiência em todos os aspetos. Começando pelo Sr Tadeu, uma pessoa super simpática e disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas, impecável mesmo. A autocaravana portou-se lindamente, em 8 dias fizemos 1600km sem qualquer problema. Autocaravana muito confortável tanto em viagem como para descansar durante a noite. Correu tudo 5 estrelas, agradeço novamente ao Sr Tadeu, pessoa impecável. Recomendo !!!!

Gostamos muito da experiência em todos os sentidos.
