Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Mario muy atento y amigable. Bastante flexible con los horarios y todas nuestras dudas. La furgoneta tenía de todo, muy bien equipada en lo necesario para nuestro viaje. Repetiría sin duda.

Tout s'est bien passé avec le van, tout fonctionne bien ! Frigo bien froid, la douche qui marche avec une pompe est suffisament tiède l'été, la clim fonctionne bien aussi. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Seul le couchage devrait être amélioré car les matelas ne sont pas solidaires et glissent dans la nuit, mais nous avons quand même dormi ! Pour venir du centre ville à Torrepalma il faut compter environ 30 euros en taxi, et pour en partir il vaut mieux l'organiser avec le sympathique voisin de Mario, car il est difficile de trouver un taxi qui accepte de venir hors agglomération. Mario est très arrangeant et à l'écoute. Merci à lui !

Totalmente lo que esperábamos. Experiencia magnífica y Mario siempre muy atento a todo. Es verdad que la furgoneta es vieja, pero va perfectamente y tiene todo lo necesario.

Estuve con mi pareja una semana por las playas de cadiz y la experiencia fue inmejorable. La furgoneta está muy bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buenas vacaciones.
