Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We had a wonderful week with Surfy. This camper have everything you need for a beautiful road trip! He was wonderful to travel with this little home around the south part of Portugal. Sandra and Rui are very helpful, available, and professional for everything. They give us too many good recommendation about our country, before and during the trip. I recommend this van 100% and I hope you'll enjoy it as we did!

È stato un viaggio stupendo, Rui e Sandra sono stati gentilissimi con noi e precisi. Ci hanno dato il van perfettamente pulito e accessoriato. Sono stati affidabili anche nella restituzione della cauzione. Se volete visitare il Portogallo non c’è modo migliore di un viaggio in the road con il loro van! Per noi è stato il viaggio più bello di sempre . Super consigliato!

Foi uma semana incrível! Viajamos durante uma semana pelo Algarve e Costa Vicentina. A Sandra e o Rui foram muito simpaticos e explicaram tudo a cerca da carrinha. A carrinha é exatamente como nas fotos, todos os promenores foram muito bem pensados e tem tudo o que precisamos. O painel solar tornou a viagem muito fácil sendo que podiamos estar sempre remotos.
