Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Foi a nossa primeira experiência numa autocaravana e gostámos muito. Certamente uma forma de viajar a repetir. O Carlos esteve sempre disponível e a comunicação foi fluída e fácil.
A autocaravana tinha uma problema na caixa de velocidades, que o Carlos mencionou desde o início, e ofereceu-nos a possibilidade de fazer um test-drive antes do aluguer. Fizemos o test-drive, decidimos partir à aventura e não nos arrependemos.

Fue muy lindo viajar con esta caravana! A pesar de ser un poco lenta, esa acojedora casa rodante nos llevó a todos los sitiós que quicimos ver y pudimos disfrutar del viaje en toda serenidad.
Carlos fue muy atento y flexible con nosotros. Sin duda le recomiendo sus servicios.

Carlos was great, answering every question, providing details and information about the campervan. The rental process and pick up was very easy.
This motorhome its old and cozy and has all you need for an awesome roadtrip, it had everything needed for 4 people and we drove it around Portugal for 2 weeks without any troubles whatsoever.
Overall we were very happy with the experience and recommend it! Thanks a lot Carlos!
