Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Jean-Pierre et sa femme sont d'une rare gentillesse.
Jean-Pierre a pris soin de tout bien nous expliquer pour notre premier voyage en camping-car, il est également resté disponible par téléphone si nous avions eu le moindre problème.
Nous avons également eu le droit à des petites surprises de bienvenue dans le campng car, pour commencer notre voyage c'est toujours très appréciable.
Leur camping car se conduit finalement très bien après quelques minutes de prise en main même pour notre première fois.
Merci à eux deux pour leur sympathie, nous les recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons loué le Camping Car pour 3 semaines. Nous étions 2.
Notre séjour s’est bien passé notamment grace à la disponibilité du propriétaire qui a su répondre à nos questions lors de notre périple.
Le CC est assez personnalisé et il faudra prendre le temps de bien comprendre son fonctionnement (alarme, batterie 220v, branchement électrique...)
