Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

La semaine s'est extrêmement bien passé. Le van était parfait (taille et équipement) pour une semaine en été dans la belle nature de l'Auvergne.
La communication avec le propriétaire à été très fluide et il s'est montré très arrangeant pour la récupération du van. Nous avons hâte de passer des prochaines vacances en van !

Aucun soucis, le van est très bien équipé et confortable, facile à conduire, bref tout s'est très bien déroulé pour notre road trip en Auvergne. La récupération et la restitution du van a été très simple. Nous n'avons pas bcp utilisé la douche (mais elle fonctionne très bien, eau chaude !!!), par contre je suis vraiment content d'avoir choisi un modèle avec toilettes (surtout avec les enfants !!)
Juste un point à noter, l'espace couchage en bas est petit, à réserver aux enfants donc.

Van très bien équipé, facile à prendre en main qui nous a permis de faire un excellent road trip.
