Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Expédition au top grâce au van de Pascal. Il est très agréable a conduire, très bien conçu, pratique.. Rien à redire. Pascal est absolument sympathique et bienveillant. Expérience a refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans le van de Pascal! Véhicule super bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut à bord. Propriétaire a l'écoute et prévenant. Allez y les yeux fermés, nous recommandons !

Séjour très agréable pour une première en van pour nous. Le véhicule est très pratique et maniable. Il est de surcroît vraiment bien équipé. Pascal est très sympa et prêt à vous donner quelques coins sympas où poser votre van en toute sécurité pour dormir. Nous recommandons vivement.

L'accueil de Pascal était super.
Très bonne expérience, le van est optimisé au maximum avec tout le nécessaire. Nous y avons aussi très bien dormi.
