Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Es ist alles ganz wunderbar gelaufen. Wir durften den Bus sogar einen Tag früher haben als geplant und Miguel hat sich Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. Campingstühle und Tisch, sowie Spüli, Bettzeug etc war alles kostenfrei im Preis inbegriffen, genauso wie die Kilometeranzahl!
Bei der Abgabe ist er sogar zu uns nach Hause gekommen, so konnten wir in Ruhe auspacken und mussten nicht mit unseren Koffern die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen. Einfach nur top!! :)

E' stato un viaggio incredibile soprattutto grazie al Van di Miguel.
Il mitsubishi L200 non è di certo un mezzo di grandi dimensioni, ma con le accortezze di Miguel il Van è ben vivibile sia di giorno che di notte. Il motore va che è una meraviglia.
Noi abbiamo fatto un giro dell'Alentejo in 10 giorni ed il Van non ha mai mancato un colpo.
Miguel poi è stato paziente e gentile e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande sia prima che durante il viaggio. Le operazioni di consegna e ritorno sono state veloci ma comunque accurate.
Consiglio davvero a chiunque voglia fare un'avventura in portogallo di prendere il mezzo di Miguel!!!

Superb van with handmade stuffs everywhere : beds, curtain sheets, even the wheel protection !
