Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had an amazing trip with Francisco's camper van. It is neither the fastest, nor the newest, but the living space is perfect and comfortable. Everything works, is well maintained and looks newer than the age would suggest. Everything you need to use the van and amenities is provided by Francisco.
The van is big enough to have more than enough space for two people without being huge, which makes it easy to drive it.
Francisco was very kind and helpful during the handover and gave us all the necessary information. You can tell that he wanted us to have a nice trip. He sent a message after a week to make sure everything was going well. He remained at our disposal for questions during the whole trip. We can only thank Francisco and recommend his van. We will definitely rent Francisco's van again for our next road trip in Portugal!
