Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons loué le van d'Andrée pour partir une semaine en Espagne en mi-saison. Le véhicule est très confortable et économique malgré la charge tractée. Bien aménagé, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour.
Andrée et son compagnon sont très agréables, disponibles, arrangeants et réactifs pour répondre à nos interrogations. Ils savent prendre soin de leurs locataires.
Je recommande vivement le van d'Andrée et n'hésiterai pas à la recontacter pour une nouvelle location.

Nous recommandons le fourgon aménagé d'André à 200%!! très bien équipé, prope et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. Le fourgon est très puissant et facile à conduire. Nous avons trouvé très pratique pouvoir garer notre voiture chez eux en sécurité. Ils nous ont donné toute l'info sur le fonctionement du fourgon très bien detaillée et c'était très facile à comprendre. Tout un plaisir de rencontrer des gens comme eux!

Très bonne expérience avec ce véhicule qui a tout pour plaire, compacte, optimisé et facile à conduire. Il est très bien insonorisé et ses options sont de vrais atouts. Expérimenté à 4, nous sommes ravis. L'échange avec les propriétaires était parfait et sympathique.
