About this van
Mercedes Vito camper van, easy to drive. It is not high, so you can enter any place where a normal car would. Bed for two people (135x190) and bedding. Indoor and outdoor table. Gas stove for cooking. Kitchen kit. 2 camping chairs. Brand new furniture and mattresses. Storage space. It has 12V and USB plugs, connected to a second battery, so you can charge without fear of draining the battery of the van. Led lights in the passenger compartment (connected to the second battery) Insulators for all the windows, which insulate from the cold and heat, and provides privacy. We would meet near Delicias metro station The van has a environmental label B, that allows to drive in Madrid. Sorry, we do not allow animals or smoking inside the van. We take the deposit in cash or Bizum upon delivery of the van at the start of the rental. By default the reservation allows for 100km per day. If you need further millage, the options are:

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Un trato perfecto y muy buena comunicación. Todas las facilidades para quedar, tanto para la entrega como la devolución, muy flexible y atento con todas las explicaciones . La furgoneta tiene absolutamente de todo, mesa, sillas y menaje para cocinar en el camping Gas ( llevamos cosas que pensamos que no habría y no nos hizo falta).
La cama es súper cómoda (con ropa de cama) y hay muchos pequeños espacios para guardar todo de forma ordenada. Las luces regulables y los enchufes para el móvil muy útil.
Se conduce y se aparca genial, aire acondicionado que funciona de lujo y puedes conectar tu música.
Sin duda par repetir, muchas gracias.

Ha sido una experiencia genial que volveremos a repetir. En la Camper hemos estado muy a gusto y sin ningún problema. Enrique muy flexible con las horas de entrega y disponible en todo momento.
