About this van
Our campervan is a luxurious Wellman conversion, similar to a VW California. She has a big rock &roll bed, 2 beds in the pop up roof, a fridge, captain swivel seats, double hob, sink with running water, curtains, solar panel, air con, night time heater, and a cool rear external shower attachment! Very easy to drive with silky smooth automatic and powerful engine.

- Must be 25 to 73 years old (a copy of your passport must be added to your profile)
- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated via the DVLA Typeform in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy and to provide us with all of the second driver's details if there is one
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance Terms.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The owner of the vehicle was very helpful and replied to communications very promptly.The van was lovely to drive, extreemly easy. It could be my inexpreience of motor homes but when it was discribed as a four bed, I expected that to be the case. In fact the second sleeping space was very small, suitable for a child, but certainly not an adult. The owner did not encourage us to use the sink nor the toilet and the cooker was very difficult to lite. However it was the scarcity and poor quality of cutlery, plates,cups and only one pan which was a small frying pan, a small washing up bowl and a broken dustpan and brush that we found so dissapointing. It is these little touches which make a difference to a camping experience and this was very poor indeed.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Sylvie! She's really well kitted out with everything you could need, including games and lights and camping chairs. Solar panels so you can charge your phone and a fully working fridge with tiny freezer is are major bonuses. Easy to drive, and Dale was really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Would really recommend!

Our van was comfortable & easy to drive and everything was in good condition and worked really well. Dale, the owner of the van was great. Thoroughly explained everything and was available for questions throughout our trip. My full deposit was returned promptly. All and all, a very good experience.
