Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Our trip with Nelson's caravan was great.
We found in the caravan everything we needed for our vacation and Nelson was very kind in giving us advice and suggestions on how best to visit the country.
We had a small mechanical problem but, thanks to Nelson's support and the efficient service of the insurance underwritten through Yescapa we got it resolved quickly!
I highly recommend it!!

Não podia ter tido mais sorte com o Aluguer. O proprietário foi super atencioso, não só na explicação de como tudo funcionava na caravana, mas também super disponível para ajudar e dar dicas durante toda a viagem. Sem dúvida uma experiência que recomendo. No nosso caso, eramos um casal com 1 criança de 6 e um adolescente de 17! Podem e devem reservar com confiança!
