Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Une première expérience en camping car super encourageante. Le véhicule était au top, rien ne manquait et les propriétaires étaient joignables au téléphone pendant tout le séjour, et toujours avec le sourire.

Merci à Hubert et Dominique, le camping-car a répondu à toutes nos attentes, les équipements sont complets, machine à café, bouilloire, vaisselles, aspirateur, salon de jardin, porte vélos, etc... il ne manque de rien.... Le petit plus, la deuxième télé dans l'espace nuit. Camping-car très agréable à conduire, et de très bonnes explications au départ, Hubert et Dominique sont des gens extraordinaires et disponible même durant la location. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un propriétaire extrêmement disponible, chaleureux, sympathique plein d'attention (fleurs, bouteilles de crémant et petits cadeaux pour notre fils de 4 ans!). Le véhicule est très bien entretenu et nous avons pu appeler dès que nous avions des questions. Nous avons passé des vacances formidables et nous recommandons vivement Hubert et son véhicule!
