- Será responsável pelo pagamento de multas, portagens (Veículo:Classe 2) ou qualquer dano provocado durante a estadia.
- Será responsável pelo abastecimento do combustível (Diesel), durante a viagem bem como o depósito de combustível deve ser entregue nas mesmas condições em que estava no check-in, caso não aconteça o valor correspondente ao mesmo, será deduzido na caução.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

This Hymer motorhome has excellent facilities with a comfortable and large bed, fully equipped kitchen or a lot of storage possibilities. With solarpanels, two batteries, a USB powerbank, large water tanks and toilet/shower it is self-contained and you are independent of services for several days. Only a 220V converter is not installed but I did not miss it. The van itself is compact (6m long), has a powerful engine and is easy and comfortable to drive.
The yescapa homepage mentions aircondition in the living room which is not correct, there is only airconditioning in the driver cabin.
Carlos is very helpful and was supportive as some problems with the car occured. I always received respond within hours or even immediataly. The van was clean except the toilet compartment and cassette. Free transfer from and to the aerodrome was included.
All in all a good experience and recommended.

Sehr freundlich und der wohnwagen war liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Vermieter macht sich wirklich Gedanken, was ein Urlauber braucht und erklärt vor der Abfahrt detailliert und genau. Der Camper war leicht zu fahren und man schläft darin sehr gut.
