If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Excellente location ! Le propriétaire est très aimable. Il a entièrement aménagé le van lui-même, et pour avoir voyagé avec d'autres vans je peux dire que c'est du très bon travail, très fonctionnel, la place est bien optimisée et rien ne bouge dans les virages. Lit un peu court si vous êtes un couple de grands, mais je fais 1m86 et ça ne m'a pas posé problème. Le véhicule est très bien entretenu et facile à conduire. Vraiment rien à redire, 100% satisfait !

Nous avons loué le van d'Alain de lundi à vendredi ! L'accueil a été parfait de la part d'Alain qui nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement du van. L'aménagement et la conduite sont vraiment excellents pour passer un bon séjour ! Le rendu également super ! Tout parfait avec le van d'Alain !
