Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Stéphane a été au petit soin pour nous afin que le sejour soit le plus agréable pour nous, que ce soit en termes de disponibilités, de bons plans ou d'équipements mis à disposition.
Un sejour parfait dans un van ultra équipé et très agréable à vivre, nous recommandons fortement de partir à l'aventure avec !

Parfaite location pour notre première expérience en van. Le véhicule est adapté pour un voyage en couple et Stéphane a bien pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. La boite automatique nous a facilité la conduite.

We were traveling 2 persons and had a great time on the west coast of France.
Stephane was very easy going and helpful. The car is super comfortable and easy to use. The shower was very handy.
Also the location of pick up is easily accesible by public transportation and still on the getaway from the city.
The lower bed is perfect for kids.
