About this A-class motorhome
Our motorhome was born of a dream of traveling as a family. We wanted to give our children the wonderful experiences we lived with our parents back then! The dream came true in 2018 and since then it has been a very enriching and fun experience both personally and as a family. Our choice for a classic integral Hymer motorhome was based on both comfort and room space, and the rugged and excellent construction of this model. The children immediately felt it as their own and affectionately named it Caracoleta. As she is from Austria, her family name is Weinbergschnecke!

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Exellente expérience!
C'était une première pour nous et nous sommes ravis. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans le "Caracoleta", tout s'est bien passé. Tout le nescessaire était fourni et Joao à été très réactif, de bon conseil et disponible pour nous débutants du camping-car!

A Catarina e o João foram muito atenciosos, simpáticos e dedicados desde o início do processo. Explicaram detalhadamente todos os "truques" e dicas da Caracoleta o que nos levou a ter maior segurança e atenção na nossa viagem. Houve alguns percalços na primeira noite, mas com a disponibilidade e acompanhamento constante por parte da Catarina e João, conseguimos ultrapassar e ter umas férias diferentes e com muitas experiências novas e memoráveis. A Caracoleta é uma senhora clássica, vintage com carater e como tal gera sentimentos de atração por onde passa!
Deixo uma nota:
Esta forma de férias desenvolve laços familiares diferentes e intensos, permitindo aos mais novos (filhos) perceberem que existe todo um mundo real, simples e feliz para além do digital.

O aluguer da caravana foi uma excelente experiência. Os proprietários são espetaculares, muito amáveis e compreensiveis. A caravana está em excelente estado mecânico e interiores muito bem cuidados e excelente qualidade. Muito agradável para passear e relaxar.
