If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La furgoneta está genial para recorrer Cantabria. Hemos ido mi pareja y yo y ha sido un viaje fantástico con la comodidad de poder quedarte en cualquier lado sin tener que volver a ningún sitio. En cuanto a la furgoneta tiene lo esencial para quedarte a dormir y estar en ella (camping gas, mesas y sillas, colchón y agua) Si quieres vivir una experiencia diferente donde tengas coche y casa, y además ir viendo Cantabria está genial. Además, la furgoneta no gasta casi nada de combustible. Y los dueños son muy amables y abiertos a ayudarte con cualquier problema. Mil gracias!! Sin duda, repetiría seguro!!

The van was great and we did not have any problems. It was amazingly stocked with everything that we needed and Ernesto even left us couple of beers in the fridge. He and Avo were vey helpful and friendly, put us in touch with their friend for a surfing lesson and kindly gave us a lift from the parking lot to the centre of Santander. We enjoyed our trip a lot and wished we could stay longer.

Todo ha ido fantástico! Ernesto y Álvaro (son socios, nosotros tratamos sobre todo con el último) son muy buena onda y en todo momento nos hemos entendido a la perfección. Seriedad y buenrollismo a partes iguales!
