Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Expérience très positive de bout en bout. Le véhicule est récent et très confortable. Son propriétaire s'est montré disponible, patient (c'était notre première location) et ouvert. Nous avons choisi de faire un Road-Trip Bruxelles/Amsterdam/Bruges, et nous sommes parfaitement senti dans le véhicule qui nous a permis de faire ses kilomètres confortablement, tout en ayant des nuits reposantes. Nous sommes prêts à repartir !
