Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ce camping car! Ce fut une belle découverte avec nos 3 enfants.

Bonjour! Nous sommes une petite famille qui vit en périphérie liégeoise avec deux enfants. Après avoir passé nos vacances pendant des années en formule club, nous sommes tombés raide dingues du camping-car. Nous sommes partis plusieurs fois en véhicule de location avant d'acquérir notre propre profilé l'hiver 2020. Nous adorons sillonner les routes d'Europe avec notre "bidule", surtout la France et principalement en été. Nous embarquons nos vélos, nos jeux favoris et quelques vêtements. Le frigo est toujours bien rempli... Une petite escapade parfois, un long week-end, en Normandie ou en Zélande, on adore! Aussi, pour permettre à d'autres amateurs de tester ce mode de vie cool sans engagement financier lourd, nous le proposons à la location quelques périodes par an.
