Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We rent this campervan from Paula and Albert. They are very kind people. Their campervan is greit. Very cosy and very comfortable. It has everything you may need during the trip. el vehículo muy bien acondicionado, muy limpio, todo muy cuidado. hemos viajado dos adultos, un niño de 4a y una bebé de 9m, y hemos estado muy bien.
si repetimos será con ellos seguro. super recomendable!

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica, con una camper genial. Paula y su marido te preparan la camper con todo detalle impecable, y te transmite mucha tranquilidad , confianza y flexibilidad para que disfrutes de la experiencia.
Nosotros hemos viajado durante 10 días, mi marido, mi bebe de 7meses, mi perrita y yo. Y hemos ido muy bien.
Repetiremos seguro con ellos!!!🥰
