If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Pour une première, c'est une très bonne expérience ! Malgré la taille extérieure du véhicule et l'optimisation intérieure, l'espace est limité, mais c'est, sans doute, le cas de tous les camping-cars. L'équipement est top à commencer par le moteur qui répond bien et le GPS qui s'avère complètement adapté ! La conduite nécessite une attention de tous les instants. Le propriétaires ont laissé dans le camping-car pas mal de leurs affaires qui peuvent être plus ou moins nécessaires. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue qui aurait pu être très pratique.
