Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We choosed Mobydick for a 10 day road trip in Portugal. It was a fantastic experience, Mobydick is the perfect way to enjoy life on the road but have all the necessary comforts. The roof top tent is amazing! Daniel is a fantastic host, he explained to us all the details of the van and how they work in detail, gave us a lot of advice on places to visit and he is super helpful for any requests or help. Obrigado, it was a wonderful experience!

We spent a week all around Portugal in Mobydick and it was amazing.
The Daniel’s van is really well equiped and you will find all you need for your trip.
Daniel gave us a lot of tips as well and was really helpful for the pick-up and the drop-off of the van.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!
Daniel was super welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and explained us how all the stuff in the Van works.
The Van was very functional, especially with the two options sleeping in the van or in the rooftoptent.
We enjoyed our trip so much with Daniels Van and would always recommened it to others.
