John's Coachbuilt motorhome

My motorhome has all the facilities you would wish for and need. It is extremely well equipped and offers comfort and with heating you can use it any time of the year.  Being based in Frome, Somerset you can holiday in the south west or in just over an hour be in Wales. You could choose to stay on sites with hook up or perhaps with the solar panel charging the leisure battery for lighting and gas for heating water and refrigerator stay off site. The choice and flexibility is yours.

THE MAIN LOUNGE SPACE: In the main lounge space, as shown in the photos, you have seating which converts to either single or double bed.  The single beds use the front seats, to ensure adequate size for the average person to sleep comfortably.. Both front passenger and driver's seats can swivel 180 degrees to offer additional seating and if you wish to keep the bed in position this offers with a table additional seating area.

COOKING AREA: My motorhome comes with a large fridge so there plenty of space for everything you may want to bring, There is even wine storage. There is standard size gas oven with electric hob. The van is fully equipped with cutlery and utensils everything you may need including a bottle opener. :=) 

For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher should you need it, hopefully not. A smoke and carbon monoxide alarm is fitted for your safety. Again for your safety the van has has full gas and electrics safety check. 

The sky light has sliding fly screens and the windows also all have blinds. This is really handy if you are on a site ensuring you are not disturbed by outside light.

REAR AREA: In the rear, you have access to a walk in shower and toilet.

There is plenty of storage space with hanging cupboard and above the cabin addition storage space along with cupboards all around the interior of the van. So no worries about not having enough space to bring everything you need. 

I have recently purchased a tent (12 foot sq) providing outside space and can comfortably take two people and a table  and can be fully enclosed for privacy or open to the outside. It can be left in situ when van is taken off site. There is also a carrier for two bikes.

Collection from my home where there is off street parking available to leave your car. Alternatively, if you do not have a car or wish to leave it at home I can pick you up at Frome station and take you to my home for the handover.

• WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY OF HIRE? • A valid drivers license

• DO I BRING MY OWN BED LINEN, PILLOWS AND TOWELS? It is understandable that you may want to bring your own bedding. But if you do not want the hassle of bringing these items, I can provide this at no additional cost.

Shopping

I can collect shopping for you and pack in the van before departure. You then settle the cost when you pick up the motorhome. There is no charge for this service.

height: 2.78 m  width: 2.23 m length: 5.59 m

You do need to be aware when using car parks that the motorhome depending on parking space size could exceed the permitted space. I have always managed to find street parking if in towns or if by a beach road parking rather than car park. Reduces the cost as well. Also note that some car parks have a height restriction something to be aware of.
