Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

My Roadtrip at the end of November was amazing and I had the best memories with Azeitona 🫒
Miguel was super nice and kind, he had care about my special request due to the cold weather (he gave me more blankets and the hot water bottle 😜) and was always there when needed.
The van had everything necessary for a wild trip in the nature ⛺️
Unfortunately I had issues with the battery but I was just unlucky and managed to solve everything.
I had the best time in the wild and it's a choice I will definitely recommend 🤍

Die Reise mit Azeitona war super entspannt! Es fehlt einem an nichts :) ich würde das Bett jedoch nur Personen unter 1.75 cm empfehlen. Miguel ist sehr zuvorkommend, kommunikativ und immer für ein paar Insider-Tipps zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Azeitona Feedback
It is a super cool van of a sweet size that makes it very easy to drive and park. Many things are already provided by the car’s setup, such as a big water tank for the sink, a fridge, shelfs, and a battery with an attached socket distributor. Overall, the inside of the vehicle is designed in a very lovely and comfortable way. Miguel is a very friendly and outgoing person, super helpful and he was very quick in responding whenever we had a question about the car.
In the time we had the van, the shelf above the fridge was not built very stable, however. Its walls loosened after a while and therefore, many things we had put there fell behind the seats during our drives. We ended up searching some of our stuff there a few times.
Since it is a rather old vehicle, it might take a bit in the beginning to get used to the driving. Nevertheless, it works very well, and it is fun driving it!
