Picking point located in Puerto de la Cruz.
Pickup and transfer to North Airport (TFN) subject to a 30 euro fee. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability of this service.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons loué le van d'Alberto afin de découvrir au mieux l'île de Tenerife et d'être le plus libre possible. Le van d'Alberto a répondu totalement à nos attentes : il est fonctionnel, passe-partout, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût par Alberto, cosy, bref une vraie maison roulante que l'on est triste de quitter le jour du départ...
Alberto a été disponible du début à la fin, nous a partagé ses spots, restaurants, randonnées (rien de mieux que les conseils d'un local), autant vous dire que nous voulons vite revenir à Tenerife et relouer le van d'Alberto.
Si vous cherchez un moyen de découvrir Tenerife, de vous réveiller chaque matin avec une vue différente, d'avoir plein de super conseils alors vous pouvez louer le van d'Alberto les yeux fermés !!

Alberto was a fantastic host, we loved our stay in his van. It's well equipped and cosy, perfect for exploring Tenerife. The van is the perfect size, easy to drive and park. It's an excellent conversion, with great insulation and great attention to detail. We've stayed in several campervans but think this is a rare mixture of practicality and charming aesthetics. Alberto is very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave us a lot of tips about places to visits from beaches to hikes and hidden gems. We'll come back and definitely recommend renting Alberto's van!

Two of us travelled in the Van for 3 days all around the island. The Van is the perfect size for the island. It handles the big roads and all the small, windy roads really well where bigger vans would struggle (Andy I saw them struggling). The whole experience went great and without any problems. Alberto was great to rent from. Always accessible and quick when there were questions. He converted the Van himself so is evidently very passionate and invested in it & the experience of those renting it. I was really happy with the whole experience and am very happy to recommend it! Viajamos durante 3 dias por la isla. La furgo es genial para moverse libremente, tanto en carreteras secundarias como por autovia. Lo pasamos genial y sin problema alguno. La comunicación con Alberto fue super fácil y respondió a nuestras preguntas sin problema. La conversión de su furgo es muy bonita y funcional además se nota que ha puesto mucha pasión en ello! Recomendado!
