Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Première expérience pour nous en camping car et c'est une totale réussite, on s'est régalé avec ma compagne sur les routes du Tarn et de l'Aveyron. Le véhicule est super à conduire avec la boite automatique et son moteur puissant. L'intérieur est très jolie, moderne, très bien agencé, fonctionnel, confortable et plein de rangements. Les propriétaires sont très sympa disponible, arrangeants et de bons conseils. On recommande. Certainement qu'on le louera de nouveau en 2023.

Cette 1ere expérience en camping car est pour nous une réussite, en couple + 1chien, le véhicule a 2 ans donc tout confort, belle déco, fonctionnel avec bcp de rangement et maniable (un soupçon trop long pour 2). On apprecie la puissance du moteur peu bruyant qui donne à la donne a la conduite une sérénité. Le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible et fourni toutes les explications pour la prise en main pour un voyage réussi. On recommande.

Véhicule moderne, agréable à la conduite et très satisfaisant.
Cependant le propriétaire est très exigeant, presque une heure de vérification au retour contre à peine 15 min lors du départ. Voulait nous facturer 80€ (négocier à 50€) de ménage (que nous avions pourtant fait) pour des traces de calcaire dans la douche ainsi que de la poussière sur les sièges avant lorsque l’on tape dessus… De plus nous avons effectué un lavage de l’extérieur du véhicule, chose qui n’était pas faite au départ.
