Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

A viagem foi íncrivel apesar de alguns sobresaltos que fazem sempre parte da aventura e das quais depois uma pessoa só se pode rir.
A experiencia de aluger através da Yescapa foi fácil e rapida, sem dar problema nenhum. A carrinha é expectacular, a construção estando minuciosamente pensada! Com um interior acolhedor e confortavel. É possivel estar em pé dentro da carrinha e apesar do tamanho, o veículo conduz-se muito facilmente.
Acabamos por não usar a sanita seca por não precisar mas poderia ter sido muito util noutra viagem.
Os donos da carrinha foram impecaveis conosco nas explicações iniciais e depositaram a sua confiança em nos sem problema. A Cíntia sempre esteve sempre presente e disponivel para responder a duvidas ou perguntas durante a viagem. Uma pessoa de confiança e prestavel!
NB: Ter atenção com o tamanho das camas e largura da carrinha para as pessoas altas antes de alugar!
