Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Tout s'est très très bien passé. CC très agréable et très bien équipé. Propriétaires vraiment sympathiques et très réactifs. Première expérience de CC très concluante: on a déjà prévu de reprendre la route l'année prochaine!

Très bonne expérience avec un fourgon très bien équipé, en très bon état qui a répondu en tout point à notre attente pour un séjour d'une semaine en Normandie. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil sympathique ainsi que l'ensemble des explications utiles apportées par Daniel et sa femme avant le départ. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location.
