Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Mario ha sido muy atento con todos los detalles de la autocaravana, no tuvo ningún problema en enseńarla antes para probar si entraba la sillita de bebé. Cualquier duda antes del viaje que teníamos nos respondía al momento, incluso se molestó en mirar al sitio donde íbamos para ver si teníamos conexión de electricidad…un gran detalle por su parte.
También la entrega y la devolución fue concretado por ambas partes sin problema.
La autocaravana tenía todo el menaje necesario…incluso te dejaban algún producto como aceite, sal,jabón…
Tuvimos un pequeńo problema para cambiar la bombona de gas y rápidamente se preocupó en solucionarlo y que todo estuviera correcto, se agradece mucho!
En resumen, un placer viajar en esa autocaravana que está muy bien cuidada y limpia. Sin duda volveremos a repetir!!!

De Mario y su autocaravana no tenemos nada malo que comentar, nos la entregó muy limpia y con lo necesario para poder utilizarla.
El día de la entrega fue flexible con el horario y como nosotros éramos inexpertos, se tomo las molestias de explicarnos con detalle todos los trucos para poder utilizarla.
Tanto mi familia como yo estamos encantados con la experiencia y con el trato recibido por parte de Mario, así que seguramente repetiremos la experiencia.

Solo se pueden decir cosas positivas de Mario y su Autocaravana. Nos facilito al máximo la entrega y la recogida de la autocaravana, estaba impecablemente limpia y en perfecto estado. Me explico todo lo que necesitaba en la recogida y durante los días que la tuve alquilada, cualquier duda que tenía me la solucionaba. Experiencia muy positiva
