Matthew's Campervan

Hello, welcome to my newly converted 2017 Ford Transit Custom campervan. The van is a short wheel base and is easy to drive, it even fits in a standard parking space!

Insurance is also included in the day rate.

The van has a pop-top with windows and vents, it sleeps 2 children (max 100kg total) and is accessed via a ladder (includes USB ports and a light switch for convenience). The roof bed lifts up out of the way to create more headroom and space during the day, making it feel light and airy. The head of the bed can be raised allowing you to sit up in bed comfortably with a cuppa!!

The van comes with all mod cons:

• -Diesel heater for those cold evenings

• -49L fridge with freezer compartment

• -Dual gas hob

• -Sink with running water

• -Lots of USB ports throughout the van

• -2x 12v sockets

• -Internal lights

• -Solar power and 220ah of 12v power meaning this can go off grid for a few days at a time

• -240v electric hook-up with 25m cable

• -240v plug socket (only works when connected to 240v hook-up)

• -Double swivel seat with storage underneath

• -120cm (small double) bed downstairs including memory foam mattress and mattress protector for a very comfy nights sleep

• -Blackout blinds and windscreen cover making for a very dark bedroom

• -Tableware, cookware, cutlery and kettle

• -Loads and loads of storage including a large boot

Optional Extras:

• -A sun canopy can be provided for free if required

• -Thermal pop-top cover included for free if required (makes upstairs bed very dark and much warmer)

Additional Conditions:

Please allow 1 hour when you pick up the Campervan for documentation and to demonstrate our campervan to you and 30 minutes when you drop it off.

Picking up earlier or dropping off later is subject to prior agreement and availability.

Additional clauses and associated fees if rules are broken are in line with Yescapa's standard contract clauses, this covers but is not limited to:

- Returning the campervan on time

- Returning the campervan with a full tank of diesel

- Returning the campervan in a clean condition, equivalent to the condition when the campervan was picked up.

- No smoking or vaping allowed inside the campervan or any of my extra equipment, we reserve the right to charge a £50 fee for a professional valet if there is evidence of smoking from the campervan.

- No pets allowed, we reserve the right to charge a £50 fee for a professional valet if there is evidence of pets having been in the campervan.

Sorry but we do not allow hiring the van for Festivals.

All legal penalties, for example speeding fines, parking tickets, will be passed on to the customer to settle.
