Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The Eriba is not a brand-new camping car, but everything is working very well. It has some special character that you don’t find with new campers. It also has everything that you need for a nice trip and no need even to stay in a camping place (solar panels, water, heater, gas fridge, bathroom, shower etc.). There is a minor wear here and there, but we were very satisfied about it. Even all wing surf gears fit nicely in it.
The car was easy and enjoyable to ride, and the rear camera made it easy to park. It came with chairs, a folding table, a wind screen cover, BBQ (optional) and other extra things that made our vacation smooth. We even got fresh tomatoes and potatoes from the garden when we started the trip.
The Salou family treated us very friendly and helped with many extra things. We don’t speak French but the communication was smooth using a phone translator app and they made us to feel very welcome.
I can highly recommend the camping car and the owner. We had one of the best vacations in Brittany ever. Thank you!
