Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Javier es muy amable y explicaba todo el funcionamiento de la caravana muy bien. Nos recogió en la estacion de autobus y al final nos acompañó ahi de vuelta (con la agilidad necesaria para no perderlo!). Sus respuestas durante el proceso del booking y cuando había preguntas durante el viaje, venian immediatamente y eran precisas. Toalla, ropa de cama y silla de niño se incluyeron con nuestra peticion, sin recargo. La caravana, aunque no es el modelo más reciente y no tiene AC, funciona perfectamente y es ideal para 4 personas y manejable hasta en los pueblos.
En resumen: Tuvimos una bonita experiencia que vamos a repetir.
