Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super expérience!! Merci à Sylvia et José qui ont été très disponibles, nous ont tout bien expliqués sur leur véhicule, et très flexibles au moment de rendre le van. Ils sont tous deux très sympathiques, accueillants et sérieux. Nous nous sommes sentis très en confiance
Le véhicule est top, très bien équipé, très confortable à conduire. Sylvia à rajouté un matelas pour y dormir encore mieux. Nous avons dormi aussi bien sur la banquette que sur l'extension du toit et avec le même confort.
Experience géniale. Merci à eux. Véhicule super bien équipé. Je recommande vivement. Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables entre Valencia, Murcia et Alicante... en toute liberté en basse saison touristique.

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en furgoneta y la verdad que genial! La furgoneta nueva, con todo lo necesario y perfecta para 2 personas. Los propietarios, Silvia y Jose, muy agradables, súper atentos en todo momento y muy flexibles. Una furgoneta muy recomendable. Deseando volver a viajar en furgoneta otra vez!

Fenomenal, Silvia y Jose son un encanto y se aseguraron de explicarme cómo funcionaba todo en la furgo antes de salir.
Era mi primera reserva por la app y cada duda que tenía no tardaban ni 10 minutos en responder a los mensajes.
La furgo está tal cual en las fotos y es comodísima de conducir.

Genial! Silvia y Jose son un encanto. Nos explicaron cómo funciona cada cosa de la furgo y nos dieron todas las facilidades posibles.
La furgo es una pasada. Completamente equipada. No le falta de nada. Nosotros le dimos especial caña a la calefacción estacionaria: diciembre en Teruel!
Repetimos seguro porque con gente así da gusto!
