Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Z najemom smo bili zadovoljni, predvsem lastnik je bil izjemno prijazen, odziven v po Treba nam nudil pomoč. Vozilo bi bilo lahko novejše in bolje se je Pa vse Delulo kot mora in nismo imeli tezav. Dodatna oprema nam je bila v veliko pomoč, bi pa zaradi hladnejšega vremena (najeli smo Novembra) Pričakovala kak krožnik, kozarec in ponev več. Najem priporočam, se pa je Potrebno je da se vozilo starejše z veliko km.

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica vacanza con il camper di Hyro Nelson! Il mezzo è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è molto curato, ha una disposizione funzionale degli spazi interni, ottima per 4 persone, inoltre ha un’utilissima ventola per il raffreddamento interno. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile, disponibile e corretta. Super raccomandato per delle ottime vacanze!

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Nelson, il a pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les fonctionnalités du camping car et se portait a notre disposition en cas de besoin durant le voyage. Le camping car est au niveau dun camping car de 2007 et c'est ce que nous voulions, oas de fioritures !
