Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Very nice van and extraordinarily nice owner. The Van has everything you need to be selfsufficent (although we didn‘t use the toilet). Its obviously not new, but everything is working fine. I would totally book this van again!

We had a wonderful time with the van from Adrianus on La Palma. Adrianus was very kind, helpful and provided us with a lot of additional information about the island and even a welcome gift. Communication with him was easy and very quick. The van itself had everything we needed for the trip and even more: it was equipped with a lot of love to details with sleeping bags, extra blankets and even a hot-water bag for cold nights, a fully equipped kitchen and even a portable toilet and a shower cabin if you need it and a lot of heplful other small gadets for a bus adventure - we didn't miss anything and can strongly recommend it.

Acabamos de regresar de un maravilloso viaje en La Palma, en la furgoneta de Adrianus.
La furgoneta estaba en excelentes condiciones y disponía de todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar (menaje de cocina, sillas, mantas, baño portátil, etc.). A pesar de ser 3 personas, no nos sentimos faltos de espacio, ya que la furgoneta tiene todo tipo de recovecos donde guardar cosas.
Adrianus fue increíblemente atento y nos brindó todo el apoyo necesario durante nuestro viaje.
Repetiríamos sin pensárnoslo!
